Cohort FAQ

Is this a course or a coaching program?

Neither, exactly. It's a coaching-led implementation engagement. You'll attend live tech labs and coaching labs, but the work is real — you'll ship validated use cases, and leave with business cases to scale. There are no exams and no certificates of completion. The deliverables are the proof.

How is this different from Microsoft Copilot training?

Microsoft training teaches you how to use Copilot. Excelia teaches your leaders how to turn Copilot into measurable business impact. The difference is the implementation system, the coaching reinforcement, and the AI Impact Platform that captures and reports ROI. Excelia is a Microsoft Partner; the program is built for Microsoft Copilot environments and complements Microsoft's own enablement.

Who attends the cohort?

Mixed-industry, mixed-function. Typical participants are VPs of AI, Heads of AI Enablement, leadership development and workforce transformation leaders, and business unit and operations leaders. The diversity is part of the design — cross-functional pattern recognition is one of the most valuable outcomes.

How much time per week is required?

Plan on roughly 4–6 hours per week across the 30 days — a mix of live sessions, coached implementation, and applied work. The work happens inside your real workflows, so much of the time replaces work you were already doing.

Do I need Copilot licenses to participate?

The cohort is designed for organizations that have Microsoft Copilot deployed (or are deploying it). If you don't have access yet, talk to us — we'll help you scope the right starting point or recommend you start with a strategy call before joining a cohort.

What about data security and IP?

The cohort uses a sandbox environment for testing. You apply learning to your own workflows inside your own environment — nothing proprietary leaves your organization. The AI Impact Platform is configured per-cohort with appropriate access controls.

Can multiple leaders from one organization attend together?

Yes — and we recommend it. Sending 3+ leaders from one organization into a public cohort is the lowest-risk way to validate the system before scaling it internally as a private engagement. Volume pricing applies.

What if my organization wants a private engagement instead?
